Instructions

Drain the tuna and mix with the mayonnaise and finely sliced spring onions. Season.

Spread the tuna over two slices of bread and top with grated cheese and the remaining bread.

Butter the outsides of the sandwiches.

Cook in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes each side, pressing down, until golden and the cheese has melted. Cut in half and serve.
