Instructions

Season the chicken and cook in the oil in a hot pan for 5-6 minutes each side until cooked through. Rest, then slice.

Shred the lettuce and toss with the Caesar dressing and most of the grated Parmesan.

Warm the tortillas briefly to make them pliable.

Pile the lettuce and sliced chicken down the centre of each tortilla and scatter with the remaining Parmesan.

Fold in the sides and roll up tightly, then cut in half to serve.
