Instructions

Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and a squeeze of lemon to make the Marie Rose sauce. Season.

Fold the prawns through the sauce until well coated.

Shred the lettuce and divide between four glasses.

Spoon the prawns on top, dust with a little paprika and serve with a lemon wedge and brown bread.
