Heat the oven to 200C. Butter four ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
Melt the chocolate and butter together gently, then leave to cool slightly.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and thick.
Fold the melted chocolate into the eggs, then gently fold in the flour.
Divide between the ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops are set but the centres still wobble.
Leave for 1 minute, then turn out onto plates and serve immediately with ice cream.
