Instructions

Cook the glass noodles according to the pack, then drain, rinse and toss with a little sesame oil to stop them sticking.

Slice the beef thinly and marinate in 1 tbsp soy sauce and the crushed garlic for 10 minutes.

Blanch the spinach briefly, squeeze dry and season with a little sesame oil and soy.

Stir-fry the sliced onion, julienned carrot and mushrooms separately until just tender.

Sear the marinated beef in a hot pan until cooked.

Combine the noodles, beef and vegetables in a large pan. Add the remaining soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar, and toss over gentle heat until everything is coated and warmed through. Serve scattered with sesame seeds.
