Instructions

Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the crushed garlic and chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning, until pink and just cooked through.

Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir through the chopped parsley. Season and serve at once with bread or rice.
