Instructions

Cut the broccoli into small florets, and slice the pepper and carrots into thin strips.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok until very hot. Add the carrots and broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add the pepper, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the beansprouts, soy sauce and sesame oil and toss over high heat for 1-2 minutes until just tender but still crisp.

Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
