Instructions

Heat the oven to 190C and line a muffin tin with 12 cases.

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Whisk the eggs, milk and oil together, then stir into the dry ingredients until just combined – don't overmix.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Divide between the cases and bake for 20-25 minutes until risen and golden. Cool on a rack.
