Crunchy clusters of oats, nuts and seeds baked with honey – great with yogurt or milk.

Heat the oven to 160C. Mix the oats, chopped nuts and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.
Warm the honey and oil together, then pour over the oats with the cinnamon and stir until evenly coated.
Spread out on a large baking tray in an even layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring a couple of times, until golden and crisp.
Leave to cool completely on the tray (it crisps as it cools), then stir through the dried cranberries. Store in an airtight jar.
