Instructions

Lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant, then leave to cool.

Put the roasted peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, pomegranate molasses, garlic, cumin and chilli in a food processor.

Blitz to a coarse paste, streaming in the olive oil.

Season with salt to taste and loosen with a little more oil if needed.

Spoon into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and serve with warm flatbread.
