Instructions

Mix the yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, oregano and olive oil. Coat the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a griddle or heavy pan until hot and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes each side until charred and cooked through.

Rest the chicken for a few minutes, then slice.

Warm the pita breads.

Fill each pita with the sliced chicken, tomato, red onion and a generous spoonful of tzatziki, then roll up and serve.
