Instructions

Crush the biscuits to fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter.

Press firmly into the base and up the sides of a 23cm tart tin and chill for 20 minutes.

Spread the dulce de leche over the chilled base.

Slice the bananas and arrange over the caramel.

Whip the cream to soft peaks and spoon over the bananas.

Grate over the dark chocolate and chill until ready to serve.
