Instructions

Heat the oven to 180C and line a 20cm square tin with parchment.

Melt the chocolate and butter together gently, then leave to cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and pale, about 3-4 minutes.

Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, then sift over the flour and cocoa and fold in until just combined.

Pour into the tin and bake for 22-25 minutes until the top is set and cracked but the centre still has a slight wobble.

Cool completely in the tin before cutting into squares.
