Instructions

Cook the noodles according to the pack, drain and toss with a little sesame oil.

Slice the chicken thinly. Heat the oil in a wok until very hot and stir-fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes until golden and cooked.

Add the sliced pepper and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the noodles, beansprouts, soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything together over high heat for 2 minutes.

Stir through the spring onions and serve immediately.
