Instructions

Heat the oven to 200C. Spread half the tortilla chips over an ovenproof dish.

Scatter over half the drained beans and half the grated cheese, then repeat with a second layer.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Top with the chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, spring onions and dollops of soured cream. Serve immediately.
