Instructions

Fry the chopped onion until soft, add the beef mince and brown well.

Stir in the cumin and chilli powder, then the drained kidney beans, and cook for 5 minutes. Season.

Warm the tortillas so they are pliable.

Down the centre of each tortilla, layer some rice, the beef and bean mixture, grated cheese and a spoonful of soured cream.

Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly into a burrito. Toast seam-side down in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes to seal, then serve.
