Instructions

Fry the chopped onion in a little oil until soft, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef mince and brown well, breaking it up with a spoon.

Stir in the cumin, paprika, chilli powder and tomato purée with a splash of water. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until rich. Season to taste.

Warm the taco shells according to the pack.

Fill the shells with the beef, then top with shredded lettuce, grated cheese and a spoonful of salsa. Serve at once.
