Instructions

Halve the avocados, remove the stones and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Mash roughly with a fork, leaving some chunky texture.

Stir in the finely chopped red onion, chopped coriander and finely chopped chilli.

Squeeze in the lime juice, season with salt and mix. Taste and adjust the lime and salt, then serve straight away with tortilla chips.
